Prior to joining DreamMaker, Strickland worked for five years as a kitchen and bath designer and design assistant at Design Centers International (DCI) in Charlotte, N.C.  She received her bachelor’s degree in interior design from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.  Strickland is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).  A native of Charlotte, N.C., she resides in Cary.
