The 1960’s saw some truly amazing design, both graphically and industrial. Along with Roy Lichtenstein, famed Italian artist Guido Crepax is considered one of the fathers of the graphic pop art movement. His most famous character “Valentina” was a massive comic success and it’s title character is a sexual icon and his most famous creation.
In Crepax’s work, many references are made to the works of 20th
century ‘Avant-Garde’ artists, such as Rene Magritte, Marcel Duchamp,
Man Ray, Piet Mondrand, Roy Lichtenstein, and
Andy Warhol. This collection of furniture brought to you by
Ennezero and
designed by Canevese Giuseppe, pays tribute to the work of Guido Crepax
and finds a new home in the home. Printed on white polished MDF, these
creations are certainly attention grabbing and conversation starters in
any room and in any language.
