Sheen told TMZ two weeks ago that he wanted to buy homes for both his exes, former wife Denise Richards and his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, in hopes of moving his family closer to him.

The 10,000 square-foot Mediterranean mansion features a chef’s kitchen, study room, gym, and game and media room. The master suite includes a spa-like bathroom, walk in closets and a balcony. The grounds, which include a pool and spa, is situated in a guard-gated community.

It was previously owned by Mike Medavoy, who produced the Oscar nominated film Black Swan, according to U.S. media reports.
